ACCOUNT

My company is not registered with Minato, can I still open a personal account?
  • Sorry but your account will not be approved.
  • Currently, the “Shop” is only exclusive to our corporate customers. 
  • Please contact your HR/PIC to contact us to open a corporate account with us in order to open a personal account.
 
My company is registered with Minato (eg. Staff sale event done at your company), how do I input my company’s name?
  • Please input it in the following format for easy understanding: Minato / Minato Singapore / Minato Singapore Pte Ltd or by the initials of your company if it is widely know as so.
  • Please remember to indicate it in the company section so that we know where you are from.
 
Can I open a personal account even if I do not belong to any company?
  • Currently, the “Shop” is only exclusive to our corporate customers. 
  • New accounts with non-registered companies will NOT be approved. 
 
I have registered an account but have not received the approval email. 
  • Accounts are held for moderation before being approved so please wait about 1 day before it is approved.
  • Please check that you have typed in the correct format of your company name 
  • If Minato has not held a staff sale at your company, your company is considered not-registered with us. 
  • Accounts which contain non-registered companies will not be approved. 

 

DELIVERY

What if I’m not home for my delivery?
  • If you are not at home for your selected delivery time slot, Minato reserves the right charge you a re-delivery fee of S$10.
  • Minato reserves the right to deny future service to customers who are repeatedly absent for their deliveries.
  • If you would like to change or specify your delivery choices after submitting your order, you can email to support@minato.com.sg with your order number and contact number.
 
What’s the minimum order to receive free delivery?
  • Any orders above S$100 is eligible for free delivery.
  • If you are below the free delivery minimum, we charge a flat fee of $7 (inclusive of GST).
 
What’s the minimum order for delivery?
  • We have a minimum order for delivery of S$20.
  • We reserve the right to reject any orders below the minimum amount.
 
What are the delivery timings?
  • We deliver to you six days a week, Monday-Saturday excluding public holidays.
 
Can I do self-pick up at Minato office?
  • As our office is purely a sales office, we are unable to offer this service for now.
  • Please contact us directly if needed; delivery fee cannot be refunded.
 
 

DISCOUNTS / COUPONS

When do I enter my coupon code?
  • You can enter your promo code in your cart before you check out.
  • Only 1 promo code can be used per order.
 
 

ORDERS

Can I add/remove items from my order after it has been made?
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to add or remove items from your order at this moment.
 
How do I cancel my order?
  • If you would like to cancel your order, please inform us by email or call us within 12 hrs of making the order. Thereafter, we will be unable to accept any cancellation request.
 
Can I order for Commercial usage?
 
I received a damaged/wrong product!
  • Please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date at support@minato.com.sg
  • All returned products have to be un-used, and in the original box and/or packaging.

Can I buy liquor online?
  • Please refer to Terms of Use.
  • Alcohol listings on this site are intended for those who are 18 years or above, and may only be purchased by those who are 18 years and above.
