Ingredients (4 Servings)

Melon (1/2)

Calpis (200ml)

Milk (400ml)

Mint (To taste)

 

Aohata MARUGOTO-KAJITSU Apple (150g)

 

Method:

  • Pour calpis, milk and Aohata Marugoto Kajitsu Apple into a freezer bag. Remove excess air, close bag and mix in your hands.
  • Allow the mixture to freeze in the freezer for 3-4 hours.

  • Scoop out melon balls with a spoon or melon baller.

  • Remove the freezer bag and squeeze well. Transfer the frozen mixture into the melon “bowl” and top with the melon balls and decorate with mint.
