Pancakes with plenty of MARUGOTO-KAJITSU Strawberry and Blueberry.

Ingredients (2 Servings)

Pancake mix (150g)

Milk (140ml)

Fresh strawberry (To taste)

Fresh blueberry (To taste)

Mint (To taste)

Oil (To taste)

Aohata MARUGOTO-KAJITSU Strawberry (To taste)

Aohata MARUGOTO-KAJITSU Blueberry (To taste)

Method:

  • In a bowl, mix together milk and pancake mix.
  • Heat a lightly oiled frying pan, and pour 1/4 of the batter. Cook until brown on both sides and repeat with remaining batter.
  • Place the pancakes on a plate and add MARUGOTO-KAJITSU onto the pancakes.
    Note: You can decorate with strawberry, blueberry, and mint.
