Rare Cheese Cake with Blueberry

Ingredients (2 Servings)

Cream cheese (200 g)

Plain yogurt (200 g)

Sugar (70g)

Powdered gelatin (10 g)

Water (100 ml) 

Tart shell

Aohata MARUGOTO-KAJITSU Blueberry (120g)

Method:

  • Bring Cream cheese back to room temperature.
  • Make powdered gelatin soft by soaking it in a bowl of water. Heat it in a microwave for 50 secs without a plastic wrap.
  • Put cream cheese and sugar in a bowl and stir until smooth. Add plain yogurt and stir well, then add softened gelatin and also stir well.
  • Pour the batter into the tart shell and refrigerate it until it has set.
  • Cut into pieces and serve on a plate topped with MARUGOTO-KAJITSU Blueberry.
