Aohata Anko Pudding with Apple Preserve

Ingredients (4 Servings)

Milk (250ml)

Anko Paste (Tsubu) (80g)

Powdered Gelatin (5g)

Water (1 Tbsp)

Aohata MARUGOTO-KAJITSU Apple (To taste)



  • Make powdered gelatin soft by soaking into a bowl of water.
  • Pour milk in a saucepan and simmer on medium heat. When the milk is heated, add 1, Anko Paste , and sugar into a saucepan and stir until melted.

  • Remove saucepan from heat and cool it down to room temperature, then pour the mixture into 4 cups and let chill in the refrigerator about 1 hour.

  • When they have set remove from the cup and put on serving plate and top with Aohata MARUGOTO-KAJITSU Apple.
