Black Sesame Pudding

Ingredients (6 Servings)

Milk (500 ml)

Fresh Cream (200 ml)

Sugar (40g)

Powdered Agar (4g)

Dill (To Taste)

Aohata Black Sesame Cream (4 tbsp)

 

Method:

  • Scoop Aohata Black Sesame Cream into a bowl and gradually mix in the fresh cream.
  • In a pot, add milk and powedered agar on low heat, mix for two minutes, then add in sugar.
  • Slowly add the cream mixture into the pot while mixing.
  • Pour the mixture into 6 serving ups and let chill in the refrigerator. Decorate with dill.
