Ingredients (2 Servings)

1 Plain Thick Bread

1/2 Avocado (70 g)

1 Sheet of Lettuce

1/2 Chicken Thigh (130 g)

A little Salt

A little Black Pepper

A little Salad Oil

3 Tablespoons KEWPIE Mayonnaise


  • In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth. Add KEWPIE mayonnaise and mix.
  • Wash and drain the lettuce. Tear it into bite size.
  • Cut and season the chicken thigh with salt and black pepper. Thereafter, cook it with salad oil over a frying pan.
  • Cut the thick bread into half and grill in a toaster oven till brown.
  • Take 1 piece and create a cut in the middle portion to make a pocket like slot for the ingredients.
  • Place the lettuce, avocado mix and chicken into the pocket.
