Matcha Dorayaki

Ingredients (8-9 pcs)

*Hot cake mix (150g)

*Tsujiri Matcha Milk Powder (40g)

Egg (1 pc)

Milk (120-140cc)

Salad Oil (A little)

Azuki (canned)  (Appropriate amount)

Whipped cream (Appropriate amount)


  • Put * items into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add in the egg and milk and mix again. 
  • Heat a lightly oiled frying pan and pour in the batter to create a round hot cake of about 10cm in diameter. Cook until brown on both sides and repeat with remaining batter.
  • Spread the azuki and whip cream on one hot cake, then cover it with a second piece to create the dorayaki. 
  • Repeat with the rest of the hot cakes.
