Mushroom and Tomato Somen Salad

Ingredients (2 Servings)

2 Bunch of Somen (100 g)

1 Pack Mushroom – Bunashimeiji (100 g)

1/2 Tomato (80 g)

1 Bag of Packaged Salad (100 g)

KEWPIE Grated Onion Dressing (According to Preference)

Methods:

  • Cut and clean the Bunashmeiji mushrooms. Separate the mushrooms.
  • Cut the tomato into cubes.
  • Boil and cook the somen noodles as instructed on the packaging. Add in the mushrooms to cook as well.
    Thereafter, take out of hot water and wash with cold running water.
  • Combine ingredients on a plate and top over with the package salad. Drizzle the KEWPIE grated onion dressing over the dish.
