Stir-Fry Chicken Gizzard

Ingredients (2 Servings)

8pcs Chicken Gizzard (cubed)
3pcs Chilli Padi (thinly sliced)
50g Red Onion (thinly sliced)
10g Garlic (minced)
1 pinch Chilli Powder
1 Coriander
4 tbsp Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing



  1. Wash chicken gizzard thoroughly and blanch for 1 min.
  2. Heat up the pan. Add all the ingredients and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add in the chicken gizzard and stir cook for 2 to 3 mins. Stir in the KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame, stirring occasionally for another 1 min.
  4. Transfer to a plate and ready to serve.
