Stir-Fry Hijiki with Deep-Fried Tofu

Ingredients (2 Servings):

1 Sheet of Deep-Fried Tofu (150 g)

Dry Hijiki (15 g)

10 Pieces of Snow Peas (20 g)

Salad Oil (Appropriately)

KEWPIE Japanese Soy Sesame Dressing (According to Preference)


  • Cook the deep-fried tofu in boiling water. Cut the tofu into pieces of about 8 mm width.
  • Heat up the snow peas on the microwave (500 w) for about 1 min. Then cut it diagonally into half.
  • Heat up the frying pan. Add the oil. Add in the tofu and hijiki and stir-fry.
  • Finally, add in the snow peas and fry lightly.
  • Mix in the KEWPIE Japanese Soy Sesame Dressing and toss lightly.
    Note: Putting the deep fried tofu in hot water helps to get rid of excess oil and makes seasoning easier.
