Ingredients (2 Servings)

Egg (1pc)

Milk (100ml)

Sugar (25g)

Butter (50g)

Yamamori Hotcake Mix Powder (200g)



  • In a large bowl, mix egg, butter and milk together. In another bowl, whisk the dry ingredients together (Yamamori hotcake mix powder and sugar). Preheat waffle machine to desired temperature.
  • Gently mix the dry ingredients mixed into the egg mixture. Then let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes. (The batter will thicken slightly.)
  • Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle machine. Cook the waffles until golden and crisp. Serve immediately with maple syrup, or topped with custard, fresh fruits, and a dollop of whipped cream.
