Wasabi Flavoured Potato Salad

Ingredients (2 Servings)

2 Potatoes

1/4 Onion

1/4 Carrot

1/4 Cucumber

Wasabi in-Tube (Adjusted Quantity)

A little Pepper

A little Salt

4 Tablespoons KEWPIE Mayonnaise

Methods:

  • Wash the potatoes and while still wet, wrap with a dry kitchen paper.
  • Place wrapped potatoes onto a plate and microwave for about 6 min and 30 sec. When it is cooked, peel and crush with fork.
  • Slice the onion thinly and microwave in the range of 500 w for 1 min 30 sec.
  • Peel and dice the carrots into small pieces. Microwave in the range of 500 w for 1 min 30 sec.
  • Cut the cucumber by the corners to retain the skin on each piece.
  • Mix the crushed potatoes, onions, carrot, cucumbers with wasabi, salt, pepper and KEWPIE mayonnaise.
  • Serve with a dash of wasabi by the side.
    Note: The standard quantity of KEWPIE mayonnaise used is about 20% of the total material used. Please adjust the quantity to your liking. It is recommended that the mayonnaise is added to the crushed potatoes when it is faintly warm (approx 50-60 ℃)
